Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with ScanPlay. This policy explains refunds for ScanPlay credits bought on scanplay.in.

Try it free first

You can try ScanPlay before paying: "Try free" on the home page, and every normal account without paid credits gets 2 free credits a day to make photos that play for 24 hours. Please test with the actual print and phone you intend to use.

Cancellation

• There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. You buy credits only when you need them, so there is nothing to cancel.
• You may delete your account at any time in the Studio ("Delete my account") or by emailing us. Deleting the account removes all projects, photos, videos and QR links immediately and permanently, and unused credits end with it - ask for any refund before deleting.

Refunds

• Unused credits, within 7 days: email info@scanplay.in within 7 days of payment with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. We refund the credits from that payment that have not been used yet, at the price you paid for them.
• Used credits (credits spent on saved photos) and requests made more than 7 days after payment are not refundable.
• Duplicate or failed payments: amounts charged twice, or charged where the credits were not added to your account, are refunded in full.
• Credits bought from a distributor or promoter: the payment went to that partner, so ask them first; we will help if needed.
• Not refundable: purchases where the account was terminated for breach of the Terms, and requests based on printing quality, lighting or viewer-device issues outside the Service.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are processed within 3 business days of approval and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
