Wedding cards, visiting cards, flex banners and photos in Shillong can now play a video. ScanPlay links your video to the printed picture, so anyone who points a phone at it sees the video on the print.
Works everywhere in Shillong and the towns around it. Everything runs on the phone, so there is nothing to install and nowhere to visit.
What people in Shillong make with ScanPlay
- Flex banners and hoardings: shop openings, offers and events in Shillong play a video on the flex
- Photos that play a video: birthday, baby and anniversary photos that play the moment they were taken
- Newspaper ads with video: readers point their phone at the ad and watch the product or offer
- Brochures, pamphlets and posters: real-estate walkthroughs, admissions and product demos on paper
- Menu cards: restaurants, cafes and bakeries in Shillong show the dish being made
- Packaging and labels: how to use it, recipes and brand stories on the box
How it works
- Upload your photo: the picture you will print, like a wedding card, visiting card, poster or flex.
- Add your video: ScanPlay links it to the photo and gives you a QR code to print.
- Point the phone, it plays: scan the QR or open scanplay.in and point the camera at the print. The video plays right on it, with sound.
See it work: one phone shows the photo, the other points the ScanPlay camera at it, and the video plays on the photo. Want to try on a real print? Open the gallery on a computer and point your phone at any photo with Play a photo.
